Ranch House in Perry TWP

We started this classic ranch house just 3 weeks ago and the outside is almost completely done.

I am loving the Hampton Blue siding with the Gray Flannel trim.

Talk about a transformation.

This Homeowner had a dream to turn this 100 year old garage into an office and small two story apartment.

We have been hard at work for the last couple weeks making that dream become a reality.

We started with removing the siding and roof from the existing garage, then we got to work framing the two story addition. This week we put the finishing touches on the project. Installing the Garage door, putting down fresh stone in the driveway and parking areas and hooking up the utilities.

We have almost completed this 30’ x60’ Cattle Barn with hay storage loft.

It will feature 12’ tall open sides, sliding doors, poured concrete footers and floor, plus concrete block knee walls.
